A Nigerian writer’s post praising Beyoncé’s parenting skills caught the attention of Tina Knowles, who reshared it on her page.

The post commended Beyoncé for creating a safe and grounded space for her daughter, Blue Ivy, despite growing up in the limelight.

Beyoncé’s BeyGood Foundation also selected a Nigerian-owned restaurant in North London as one of 10 winners to receive a prize to help businesses impacted by economic inequities.

Beyoncé pledged £806,400 (N700m) to support these companies.
