Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sentencing has been set for October 3 by Judge Arun Subramanian.

The defense and prosecution agreed on this date after initially suggesting an expedited sentencing.

Diddy was found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking but guilty on counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

The rapper could face up to 20 years in prison, with the prosecution recommending a sentence of four to five years.

The judge denied Diddy’s bail, citing concerns about his history of violence in personal relationships.
