Sean “Diddy” Combs received a standing ovation from fellow inmates after being acquitted of the most serious charges in his trial.
Despite being found guilty on lesser counts, the verdict was seen as a rare legal victory within the prison.

Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, mentioned that the acquittal gave hope to other inmates, and Combs is reportedly holding up mentally and emotionally.
While he avoided major charges, Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution and could face up to 20 years in prison.
The trial, which began in May, included testimony from 34 witnesses, and Combs still faces civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct.
