Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton don’t rely on words to communicate. Stefani once said they have a happy life together, but they don’t actually talk much.

In an interview, she admitted that they make up songs to sing to one another rather than talking.

“We’re like we’re in a musical constantly and we just sing, like a musical, and everything we sing is like ‘I love you,’ like it’s pretty much the whole time like how great we are.”
